TORONTO, May 15, 2007 (Canada NewsWire via COMTEX News Network) -- Tahera Diamond Corporation (TSX-TAH) is pleased to announce that Mr. Richard G. Molyneux has been elected to the Board of Directors of Tahera Diamond Corporation at the Company's Annual General Meeting in Toronto today.
Mr. Molyneux has had more than 35 years of wide ranging diamond mining and exploration experience with the De Beers Group and Anglo American plc. His most recent position was as President and Chief Executive Officer of De Beers Canada Corporation, from which he retired in May 2006. He was educated at the University of Cape Town and the University of Witwatersrand and has held senior management positions with De Beers including General Manager of its Kimberly mine in South Africa.
