Mr. Joseph Gutnick has resigned as President, CEO, Chairman and Director of Tahera Corporation to pursue other business interests. Mr. David Tyrwhitt and Mr. Stephan Meyer, two other Australian based directors, have also resigned from Tahera’s Board.
Tahera would like to thank all of the above directors for their contributions to the Company.
Tahera will announce new management and board appointments in due course.
