Tahera Corporation Retains Agents for Equity Financing |

Tahera Corporation announces that it has entered into an agreement with Griffiths McBurney & Partners (GMP) with respect to a $5 - $8 million private placement financing on a best efforts basis at a price of $0.155 per common share (32.3 – 51.6 million common shares). GMP will act as lead agent for the financing on behalf of a syndicate comprised of GMP, Dundee Securities Corporation and Paradigm Capital Inc. It is anticipated that the financing will close on or about November 13, 2003.
Tahera will utilize the proceeds from the private placement to fund exploration and development activities with respect to its Jericho Diamond Project and other diamond properties in Nunavut, and for general corporate purposes.
The financing is subject to the signing of definitive agreements, and TSX approval.
