Jonathan Goodman Appointed Director
Tahera is pleased to announce that Mr. Jonathan Goodman has been appointed a Director of the Corporation. Mr. Goodman is currently President and CEO of Dynamic Mutual Funds Ltd. During the 1990's, Mr. Goodman established a very successful career in the investment industry as both a portfolio manager and analyst, and prior to that, he worked in the mining industry as a geologist. Mr. Goodman holds a Geological Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
Edensor Financing
The closing of the final stage of the Edensor financing, originally scheduled for March 1, 2001, will now occur on April 23, 2001. Tahera will issue 21,666,667 common shares to Edensor at a price of $0.15 for proceeds of $3,250,000. Upon completion of this final stage, Edensor will own 104,000,000 common shares of Tahera Corporation.
The common shares of the Company trade on The Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol 'TAH'.
