TORONTO, Jan. 4 /CNW/ - Tahera Corporation ('Tahera') is pleased toannounce that it has entered into an agreement with CMP 1999 Resource LimitedPartnership for a private placement of 5,600,000 flow through common shares at$0.09 per share. The proceeds of the issue will be used to fund exploration and development activities at the Company's Jericho Diamond Project inNunavut.
Tahera Corporation (TAH:TSE) is engaged in the exploration for and development of diamond deposits in Canada's Northwest Territories and
Nunavut.
