TORONTO, Feb. 1 /CNW/ - Tahera Corporation (''Tahera'') reports that Mr.Andre Louw, the Company's President, has resigned and will be returning toSouth Africa due to both personal and business reasons. Mr. Louw's appointmentwas subject to the completion of certain regulatory matters which have not yetbeen completed.
Mr. Howard Miller, Tahera's CEO, will assume the additional role ofPresident.
Tahera Corporation (TAH:TSE) is engaged in the exploration for anddevelopment of diamond deposits in Canada's Nunavut and Northwest Territories.
