Tahera Corporation ("Tahera") is pleased to announce the closing of the previously announced private placement of 10 million flow through shares at $0.20 per share for total proceeds of $2 million.
The proceeds of the issue will be used to fund part of the Jericho Diamond Project feasibility study, as well as exploration and development activities.
