R. Peter Gillin
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Gillin is a career investment banker serving as Vice-Chairman of    N M Rothschild & Sons Canada Limited until 2002, and prior to 1996 as Managing Director at Scotia Capital. Mr. Gillin was President and Chief Executive Officer of Zemex Corporation, a public company that produced diversified industrial minerals and recycled aluminum, until May 2003, when it was acquired by an international industrial products and mining group. Mr. Gillin received an HBA at the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He brings extensive mining-focused financial markets and transaction experience to Tahera.

Jonathan Goodman
Lead Director

Mr. Goodman, MBA,CFA is President and CEO of Dundee Precious Metals Inc. During the 1990s, Mr. Goodman established a very successful career as a portfolio manager and analyst. Originally a geologist. Mr. Goodman holds a Geological Engineering degree from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Toronto. 

Colin K. Benner
Director

Mr. Benner has 40 years of experience in mining engineering and management in the Canadian and international mining industry. Currently he is the Vice-Chairman of Lundin Mining Corporation of Vancouver, Canada. As well as serving on the Tahera Board, he serves on the Board of Major Drilling Group International, Dundee Precious Metals, and Gold Hawk Mining and is an Advisor to Sherwood Copper. Mr. Benner is a Member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Ontario and the Canadian Society of Professional Engineers. He is also a member of the Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of British Columbia, the Association of Professional Engineers, Geoscientists of Nunavut, the Society of Mining Engineers of the AIME and the Canadian Institute of Mining. Mr. Benner has over 25 years of senior mining operations management experience in Canada and internationally. Currently Director/Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of EuroZinc Mining Corporation, Mr. Benner serves on the boards of several Canadian mining companies.

Richard Molyneux
Director

Mr. Molyneux has had more than 35 years of wide ranging diamond mining and exploration experience with the De Beers Group and Anglo American plc. His most recent position was as President and Chief Executive Officer of De Beers Canada Corporation, from which he retired in May 2006. He was educated at the University of Cape Town and the University of Witwatersrand and has held senior management positions with De Beers including General Manager of its Kimberly mine in South Africa.
